Program Impacts

The EMBRACE program embodies Access by connecting people with cancer with health and nutrition resources to alleviate daily stressors and improve quality of life during treatment.Program highlights include providing nutritional supplements and food in the form of the following: grocery store gift cards/vouchers for patients with a cancer diagnosis who are also at high risk of fatal infection from COVID-19, procuring prescriptions for patients with a cancer diagnosis at high risk of fatal infection from COVID-19, and arranging transportation through Lyft for patients to travel to and from medical appointments for cancer treatment.
