Environmental Justice is defined as the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income, with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies. Some of the key issues at the center of environmental justice discussions include access to clean drinking water, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and reducing waste created by large factory farms.
